We specialize in the areas of brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and complex medical conditions. We offer inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to patients 15 years of age and older. SUMMARY
This Registered Nurse (Days) position exists to provide nursing care to the patients and/or plans, directs and coordinates the nursing care to physical medicine rehabilitation patients via the nursing process and in collaboration with other nursing resources and the health care team.
