As a result of our continued growth and success, we're looking for an experienced
Plumber Foreman to lead crews on projects primarily throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime. What you'll do: - Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction and service projects.
- Coordinate daily job site activities, manpower, and project priorities to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and system replacements while ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable codes.
- Determine material needs and coordinate ordering of parts and supplies.
- Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and junior plumbers.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
- Complete and review job documentation, field reports, and required paperwork accurately.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, customers, and fellow team members to ensure successful project execution.
What you'll bring to the table: - Must possess a valid Journeyman Plumber License (State of Florida preferred) or be able to meet applicable licensing requirements.
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with previous foreman or crew leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable plumbing codes.
- Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate field activities.
- Thorough understanding of job site hazards and safety regulations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for communication and field reporting.
- Willingness to work until the day's work is complete and support the team as needed.
